Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Recruiter who has the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

     

    This is an onsite W2 contract with the unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed joint venture between two industry giants in New Carlisle, IN. You'll work closely with executive leadership, lead full-cycle recruiting for 20+ middle management roles, and help scale hiring efforts as the organization moves into the next phase of growth.

    Required

    + Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Experience recruiting in Automotive space big plus!

    + Experience with EV (Electric Vehicle), big plus!

    + On-Site client management experience.

    + Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

    + Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management

    Pay: $35 - $40/Hr.
