    Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation)

    RN Qualifications

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Professional Nursing

    + BSN preferred

    + Current NYS License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse

    Responsibilities

    II West Telemetry Unit

     

    As a Registered Nurse on the II West Telemetry Unit, you will use your clinical expertise, technical skills, and compassionate communication to provide exceptional care to patients and families. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, provide direct care, evaluate patient progress, and coordinate the overall care process. Specializing in Cardiac Care and Telemetry Monitoring, you will care for adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical conditions.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs via telemetry

    + Educating patients and families on self-care, health, and lifestyle changes

    + Promoting comfort and emotional support in a healing environment

    III North Surgical Unit

     

    As a Registered Nurse on the III North Surgical Unit, you will apply your nursing knowledge to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages with medical conditions. In collaboration with the care team, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, provide direct care, and coordinate the patient’s care throughout their hospitalization.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Providing care for medical-surgical patients across a variety of conditions

    + Educating patients and families about self-care after discharge

    + Promoting comfort and emotional well-being in a healing environment

    Salary Range:

    $39.52 - $49.44 per hour based on experience
