Our company is looking for a Senior Aviation Military Analyst to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens with Secret Clearance may be considered.
The Senior Aviation Military Analyst, with Reconnaissance and Attack Expertise, will contribute to an effort that includes: development of operational methodologies that support the Warfighter Functions and capture the capabilities/requirements into requirements documentation. The workforce has operational and Army Aviation system subject matter expertise for UAS, Army aviation weapons and munitions, Army, Aviation Survivability Equipment and effects of Electromagnetic and Cyber threat to Army Aviation aircraft and subsystems, Army Aviation manned Reconnaissance and Attack, Utility, Cargo, and Fixed Wing Aircraft.

Requirements:
+ Rated Army Aviator with at least fifteen (15) years of Aviation flight/combat operations experience
+ Military or civilian equivalent training on how the Army Runs
+ Must possess the military or civilian equivalent staff courses similar to CGSC/ILE or Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course
+ Senior or Master rated Aviator
+ Understands and capable of providing detailed analysis or sub analysis to team members on the tactical operational employment of Army Aviation Reconnaissance and Attack capabilities in order to quickly identify operational gaps that need to be closed. Senior or Master rated Aviator
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in capability management /combat developments
+ Experience in planning, executing and facilitating Joint Working Groups
+ Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies
+ Must be capable of independent work based on broad senior level guidance to produce completed white papers, concept papers, requirements documents, operational views, and other written products as required
+ SECRET clearance required
Preferred and Desired Experience:
+ Experience as a Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP) in Army attack and reconnaissance aircraft utilized by tactical Army Aviation organizations since 2010
+ Staff experience planning attack, reconnaissance and assault missions in an organization similar to an Army tactical organization consisting of 24 AH-64 helicopters or 30 UH-60 helicopters
+ Prior tactical operational management experience of a organization of 400 plus personnel
+ Primary author of a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved JCIDS document
+ Participation as a direct team member in an Army Aviation Capability Based Assessment (CBA) for attack or reconnaissance aircraft
+ Must be able to review and edit products to ensure they are written at the graduate level prior to delivery to the Government with only minor edits required by the Government

Compensation: $135K to $165K per year salary range
