Overview
NQA, USA a third party registrar and premier provider of management support services to a broad range of industry sectors including Aerospace, Automotive and Telecommunications, is seeking a Sales Director to generate sales in the Americas region for Accredited Certification services related to standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, etc. The position is focused on both strategic and tactical sales to support short and long term growth of the organization. Responsibilities
Sales and GrowthStrategy
+ Implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporateobjectivesfor products and services.
+ Planning and organizing personalofgroup sales strategy to align with and ensure organizational growth goals are achieved
+ Collaborate with Business Unit teams (Technical, Operations, Business) toestablishplans for expansion of strategic business areas
+ Maintain awareness of industry change risks and challenges for reapplication to strategic Solution Sales based engagements
+ Activelymaintaininga working knowledge of all specific markets assigned, reading trade publicationsrelativeto those markets, and keeping abreast of feedback from prospects which you have called.
+ Maintaining awareness of the competition, industry, product,and pricing trends.
+ Manage andmaintainstrategy to ensure organizational image projection is aligned with organizational goals, including
+ Focus on Customer Service within Sales and Marketing processes
+ Capture of Operational Delivery Perception impacts and interactions with Operation and Business areas on any needed improvement plans
+ Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online and electronic media
+ Develop and recommend product positioningand pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share

+ Marketing & Image Projection
+ Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
+ Maintain corporate image profile throughout all product lines, promotionalmaterialsand events
+ Establish andmaintainrelationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
+ Interactwith division and corporate marketing activities tomaintaindesired alignment andparticipatein thedevelopment of company-wide marketing plans
+ Develop plan for achievement of opportunity growth through a variety of market engagement tactics (Newsletters, Trade Shows, Digital Marketing, etc.)
+ Ensure effective control of marketingresults, andtake corrective action to guarantee thatachievementof marketingobjectivesfalls within designated budgets.
+ ManageSales activities to ensure yearly sales goals are achieved, including
+ Implementmarketing activitiesin coordination with Business Area activitiesto drive opportunity generationgrowth
+ Maintainconsultantrelationshipprogramsto promote a partnership within rules for accreditation
+ Maximize opportunity generation through the organizations investment in Quality and Industry Groups
+ Managequote and proposalprocesses
+ Manage incoming customer opportunities, proposal developmentand proposalteamsandassistswith thefunctions asrequired
+ Manage the interactionwith potential newand existingcustomers to collect necessary information for a quotation or proposalin alignment with accreditation needs
+ Manage processes foropportunity capture
+ Manage the sales team and other needed areas of the organizationto deliverfollow up withcontinued communication to win the sale
+ Provide needed presentations to prospective clients and/or their delegates
+ Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratios and market share in relation to preset standardsand industry and economic trends
+ Budget & Reporting
+ Managesales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
+ Develops and manages sales /marketing operating budgets.
+ Participate in annual budget meetings with input into western region budget and annual activities
+ Manage Growth meetings and other Business Growth communications to ensure control of Business growth activities
+ Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
Skills / Qualifications
Requirements** **:
+ Must be a US Citizen
+ 10+ years of sales/account management experience, preferably in the ISO standards/audit/registration services industry **OR** we will consider someone who has worked in a customer service or program management capacity with customer interface experience who has worked in the ISO standards/audit/registration services industry **OR** we will consider10+years of account management experienceselling services tothe aerospace, defense, medical, automobile or telecommunications industries
+ 5+ years in sales team leadership and management
+ Positive& confidentattitude,with skills inmultitaskingand great interpersonalabilities associated with Sales leadership positions
+ Ability to Lead and motivate of the sales and marketing team.
+ Professional oral and presentation andoutstandingcustomer service skills
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction
+ Mustpossessstrong negotiation skills andhave the ability tomanage contractual arrangements
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and writing
+ Ability tofacilitateand arrange high level meetings, buildpipelinesand execute business
+ Must be detail oriented,demonstrateproblem solving ability andpossessstrong organizational and implementation skills
+ Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse on an equal plane with prospects and customers at all levels
+ Proficient at desktop computer, company information systems, ability to work with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
+ Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget
