    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection

    * Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.

    * Perform inspection of purged product as requested.

    * Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system.

    * Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required

    * Perform first article inspections to support the component/part qualification

    * Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints

    * Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

    * Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.

    * Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.

    * Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.

    * Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * High School Diploma or equivalent

    * Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment

    * 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment

    * 2+ years experience each in PCBA inspection and Cable Inspection

    * IPC-A-610 certification or previously certified

    * Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Experience working in aerospace/defense industry

    * Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    * IPC-A-620 certification or previously certified

    * Certification in J-STD, IPC-7711/7721 or previously certified

    * Good written and verbal communication skills

    * Ability to work with minimal direct supervision or Guidance on daily work

    * Knowledge of plating and conversion coating specifications a plus
