Summary:

The Loadout Supervisor is responsible for operating the flour, semolina, and feed loadout and transfer systems.

Compensation: $71,574.00-$89,413.83

Primary Duties:

Mill Operations:

+ Supervise Product Coordinators and Loaders and oversee flour and feed load out systems.

+ Oversee semolina transfers.

+ Obtain flour samples and run analysis for positive release of each load shipped.

+ Follow loadout truck schedule.

+ Work with the Customer Schedule Administrator, feed merchant, lab, and the mill to meet customer delivery and product specification requirements.

+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to loadout.

+ Oversee the daily tailing checks of the final product sifters.

+ Oversee the daily magnet and metal detector checks.

+ Oversee sanitation and perform minor maintenance duties for flour and feed load out systems and load out bays.

+ Verify and process shipping papers (BOL’s and COA’s) and all required loading documents.

+ Set up and blow back of finished product from trailers or railcars into the mill.

+ Contribute to solving equipment, product, and production issues.

Management

+ Provide leadership to ensure a strong culture of accountability where employees are committed and motivated to contribute their ideas and efforts.

+ Responsible for overall leadership of team, including on-boarding, coaching, training and development of direct reports.

+ Drive customer execution to deliver results that meet quality and customer service objectives.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ 3-4 years loading experience

+ 1+ years supervisory experience

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Detail oriented

+ Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams)

+ Basic mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to work in high places

+ Willing and able to be on call for any plant related issues
