    Quality Coordinator (RN) - Inpatient Rehab

     

    _Shift Hours:_** **8HR-Day Shift / 8am - 4pm

     

    Per Diem Rate: $52/hr

     

    We are seeking a **Per Diem, Quality Coordinator** to join our Quality Management Team at our rehab hospital in Chester, NJ (Morris County).Our services have been designed for patients who need a longer rehabilitation hospitalization for their recovery.

    Responsibilities

    The **Quality Coordinator** is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management (DQM) with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. The Quality Coordinator's responsibilities may include data collection/input, analysis and reporting for risk management, quality improvement, survey readiness, infection control, employee health and education.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Valid professional NJ RN License required.

    Preferred qualifications

    + 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.

    + Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).

    + Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.
