Team Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

+ Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

+ Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

+ Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.

+ Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Compliance:

+ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license

+ Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

Overview

**Baylor St Lukes Medical Group** is in need of an additional **Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician** to join our **inpatient** PM&R service. The incoming physician would enjoy a Monday-Friday practice, with **alternating weekend coverage as needed** .

+ Practice alongside existing PM&R physicians

+ Traditional hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM)

+ Experience with spinal cord injuries preferred

Pay Range

$320.275 - $358.569 /hour
