    Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Administrator to lead and manage HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a dedication to fostering a positive and efficient workplace.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth workflows and team productivity.

    • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in accordance with company policies.

    • Collaborate with leadership to align staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies with organizational objectives.

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and recommend updates to policies as needed.

    • Develop and implement HR policies and practices to maintain legal compliance and enhance workplace culture.

    • Coordinate opportunities for employee training, skill development, and certification programs.

    • Manage HR-related systems, including payroll and benefits administration, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making and improve processes.

    • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues.

    • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the organization's goals. Requirements • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

    • Minimum of three years of HR management experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or similar platforms.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
