Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and deliver effective solutions. Based in New Haven, Connecticut, this position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine business and technical requirements.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows, track progress, and maintain documentation.

• Conduct gap analyses to compare current processes with desired outcomes and recommend solutions.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Perform AB testing to validate system functionality and user experience.

• Support CRM-related initiatives by integrating business processes with technical solutions.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a detail-oriented environment.

• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

• Strong understanding of business process functions and the ability to perform gap analyses.

• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Familiarity with AB testing and its application in validating system changes.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with business processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
