Robert Half is partnering with an established law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years to join the team (can work hybrid out of Miami or Ft. Lauderdale office). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial litigation and have a proven ability to handle diverse cases with precision and expertise. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.

• Conduct depositions and represent clients effectively in hearings and court proceedings.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their legal matters.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation.

• Membership with the Florida State Bar is required.

• Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.

• Proven experience handling depositions, hearings, and other litigation processes.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
