**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Weekend Shift) to join the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team based out of **Helena, Montana** . This position supports the **Weekend Shift** with a work schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment. Position Responsibilities:

+ Works under general supervision with understanding of the job

+ Performs maintenance on factory equipment

+ Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

+ Assists with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment

+ Responds to requests for equipment repair

+ Identifies and requests component and replacement part inventories

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems

+ 1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals

+ 1+ years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes

+ Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 1+ years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems

+ 1+ years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance

+ 1+ years of experience working with suppliers

+ Ability to take direction, multi-task, perform work safely and communicate in written and verbal form

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

**Summary pay range |** Associate (Level B): $52,000 – 60,500

**Summary pay range |** Mid-level (Level C): $56,700 - $59,850

**Summary pay range |** Senior (Level D): $66,700 – $70,500
