Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the operational performance of our client's clinical sites in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. This role is instrumental in optimizing workflows, enhancing provider engagement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in healthcare operations, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinical sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with physician leaders to align operational strategies with clinical priorities.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance provider productivity, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between administrative teams, hospital partners, and physician groups to foster alignment and address concerns.
• Analyze key operational metrics such as provider performance and patient volumes to identify trends and implement necessary improvements.
• Manage provider scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and locations.
• Lead projects related to service line development, site expansions, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, including credentialing and documentation standards.
• Supervise and mentor an operations support team, fostering growth and development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally in emergency medicine or physician group practice settings.
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce scheduling, performance analytics, and quality improvement processes.
• Proficient in analyzing operational data to inform strategic decisions and drive performance.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic and provider practice management tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements and healthcare administration best practices.
Salary & Benefits:
• The salary range for this position is $120K-$180K, bonus eligible + profit sharing contribution
