    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data into various databases and systems.

    + Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

    + Conduct quality control checks to maintain data integrity.

    + Organize and properly file digital and physical records in adherence to company protocols.

    + Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely data processing.

    + Follow all confidentiality and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    + Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).

    + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    + Ability to work in a fully on-site office environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
