The Boeing Company** is seeking a **Electrical & Electronics Engineering Manager** (level K) to join our team in **Everett or Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

+ Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

+ Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

+ Provides specific guidance to exempt team members to ensure effective performance.

+ Demonstrates basic ability to state what is needed to persuade and convince others without causing defensiveness and to inspire others to take action.

+ Builds relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promotes ideas with enthusiasm and conviction.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

+ 3+ years of experience with leading electronics, software and supporting technologies employed in sustaining new capabilities on production or developmental airplane models.

+ Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

+ Complete knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.

+ Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.

+ Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.

+ Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business** **considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

$147,050 - $198,950
