Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator – Field Services serves as the primary liaison for all facility-related services supporting retail store operations, remodels, technology infrastructure rollouts, acquisitions, divestitures, and off-site events. This role ensures that all field service projects are executed effectively and stores remain safe, fully operational, and aligned with brand standards. The Coordinator partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely, organized support for construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate vendors and internal teams for store remodeling, infrastructure installation, and technology deployments.
+ Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in COUPA for services and equipment; reconcile invoices and ensure accurate, timely payments.
+ Track and manage delivery and installation of low voltage cabling and IT infrastructure.
+ Schedule and dispatch vendors and maintenance techs for service requests and projects.
+ Support store divestitures and acquisitions by coordinating inventory collection and vendor installations as outlined in playbooks.
+ Maintain and update process documentation and project playbooks.
+ Monitor project milestones and update tasks in project management tools.
+ Assist in organizing off-site sales logistics including equipment and invoice reconciliation.
+ Communicate with store leadership, vendors, maintenance teams, and corporate departments to resolve operational issues.
+ Identify project risks and roadblocks and escalate when necessary.
+ Ensure alignment between infrastructure teams and ongoing store-based projects.
+ Exhibit the company’s core values in all professional interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
+ 2+ years of related experience in project coordination, facilities, or field services
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Experience with COUPA or other work order/P.O. systems preferred
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
+ Familiarity with construction vendors, low-voltage installations, and field service operations is a plus
