Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Recruiter to become part of our client's team. The Bilingual Recruiter will be involved in managing full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt high-volume roles such as production operators, as well as specific exempt-level positions. The position is located in Oakland, Iowa and will be an integral part of thier team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and more.

• Handle the complete recruitment process, from job ad posting to onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements and hiring needs.

• Ensure alignment with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring practices in all recruitment activities.

• Conduct screenings and interviews in both English and Spanish to identify the best talent.

• Use bilingual communication skills for recruitment in a diverse workforce.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve processes.

• Manage customer credit applications processing accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Careerbuilder

• Ability to use CRM systems effectively

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks

• Experience with Benefit Functions

• Skilled in Cold Calling techniques

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Knowledge of Volume Manufacturing industry

• Fluency in Spanish language, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in Spanish Translation tasks
