Description

We are looking for a CFO to join our team based in Carmel, California. In this role, you'll be expected to oversee our financial operations, manage our accounting software systems and handle our budget processes. This role is crucial to our company's financial health and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations within the company, including accounting functions and cash flow analysis.

• Financial Services for efficient financial management and reporting.

• Implement and maintain accounting software systems for accurate financial data and reporting.

• Manage and optimize CRM and business systems to support financial operations.

• Lead the budget processes, ensuring that all financial forecasts align with the company's strategic goals.

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.

• Oversee capital management strategies to optimize financial resources.

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting financial data.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for executive management

Requirements

• The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a CFO or similar high-level financial role.

• Proficiency in 3M is necessary for this role.

• Must have strong expertise in utilizing Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement.

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of various Business systems.

• Must be proficient in various Accounting Functions.

• Auditing skills are highly desirable for this role.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is a must.

• The candidate should have experience in Capital Management.

• Must have the ability to conduct thorough Cash Flow Analysis
