Description
Are you passionate about finding top talent and helping build a thriving workplace culture? Robert Half is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying and attracting skilled professionals for our clients. This is a fully on-site position based in Minnesota, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate directly with hiring managers and candidates in person.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
+ Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop strategic hiring plans.
+ Leverage multiple channels (job boards, networking events, referrals, and social media platforms) to identify and attract top talent.
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure compliance with organizational policies and local/state employment regulations.
+ Conduct employment verifications, reference checks, and collaborate on offer negotiations.
+ Stay informed about market trends and continually refine recruiting strategies to meet the needs of our clients in a competitive hiring landscape.
+ Act as a consultant and resource to new hires and hiring teams, ensuring smooth integration into the workplace.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably within administrative, financial, or technical roles).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in an on-site environment.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and best practices for fair recruiting.
+ Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and deadlines.
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with sourcing tools.
