Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Monterey, California. The role involves managing all aspects of the financial operations, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements and reporting to company leadership. The Controller will also oversee software systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Implement and manage Accounting Software Systems

• Coordinate auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Develop and manage the company's budget processes

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for financial reporting and analysis

• Engage with ADP - Financial Services for financial operations

• Ensure all financial operations adhere to 3M standards

• Lead the preparation of financial statements for company leadership

• Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls

Requirements

• Proven experience with 3M software

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Strong skills with CRM software

• Ability to generate Crystal Reports
