Description

We are in search of a Senior Buyer to join our team in Salinas, California. The role is focused on the supply chain and logistics within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize ERP and CRM skills, ensuring efficient operations and superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize and manage CRM and ERP systems

• Monitor and manage the supply chain process to ensure efficiency

• Implement and use ERP Solutions for streamlined operations

• Engage in KPI Reporting to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement

• Ensure customer inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

• Oversee logistics operations within the manufacturing sector

• Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers, including negotiating deals and contracts

• Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management

• Ensure the provision of optimal customer service within the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Buyer role or similar position

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning

• Excellent customer service skills and experience

• Thorough understanding and experience in KPI Reporting

• Knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain management

• Background in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• High level of organizational and multitasking skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
