    Description

    Are you a self-starter with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving business success? Robert Half is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Assistant to help support a dynamic sales department.     How You Will Make an Impact:

    + Assist with the preparation and coordination for trade shows and conventions, and attend them as needed

    + Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to the sales team

    + Handle sales reporting, preparing data for presentations, and generating insightful reports

    + Support the promotion of company products and services within the sales department

    + Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, ensuring excellent service

    + Coordinate and organize internal training courses for the team

    + Manage order coordination, ensuring that all processes are efficiently completed

    + Proofread and prepare internal and external communications

    + Arrange travel and meeting logistics for the sales team

    + Complete various ancillary tasks to support the sales department as needed

    Requirements

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    + 2+ years of experience in a Sales Assistant or similar role

    + Project coordination skills, with a focus on attention to detail and timelines

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people, including staff, clients, and vendors

    + Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and changing tasks

    + BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

    + Speedwriting and transcription experience is a plus

    + Adaptability to changing job assignments and procedures
