Description We are looking for a skilled Database Analyst to join our team in Covington, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing database systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while leveraging advanced tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize database systems to support organizational needs.

• Monitor database performance and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.

• Create and manage database objects, including tables, indexes, and views.

• Conduct AB testing to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Implement and oversee backup technologies to ensure data security and recovery.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into database solutions.

• Utilize business intelligence tools to create dashboards and generate reports.

• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Work with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, to streamline reporting processes.

• Ensure compliance with database standards and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience with CRM systems and database management.

• Strong knowledge of database objects and systems, including DB2.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and technologies, particularly Power BI.

• Proficiency in AB testing and data analysis methods.

• Experience implementing and maintaining backup technologies.

• Ability to create dashboards and utilize business intelligence tools effectively.

• Solid understanding of data security and recovery protocols.
