    Job Responsibilities

    In the Big Ticket Delivery Office position, you will answer telephone and assist store personnel with the resolution of any Big Ticket issues. Guide salespeople through the correct steps necessary to process a sale in the Big Ticket system.

     

    + Daily direct contact with customers, scheduling delivery dates and resolving any issues they have in a professional and courteous manner.

    + Reconcile the daily mismatch report and other responsibilities.

    + Must be fully fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

    Job Requirements

    Successful candidates for the Big Ticket Delivery Office clerical role should have the ability and desire to actively engage and provide excellent customer service.

    + EXCELLENT/PERFECT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

    + Availability for Monday – Friday (every 4th Saturday 9:00 am-2:00pm)

    + Proficiency in creating/maintaining Excel spreadsheets; ability to analyze data to generate statistical reports

    + Must be fully fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
