Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing organization and dive deep into financial insights to help guide decision-making processes. This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct financial analysis to interpret trends, evaluate company performance, and identify opportunities for improvements.

+ Prepare and maintain sophisticated financial models to project revenue streams, expense forecasting, and capital requirements.

+ Deliver impactful insights to executive teams by analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and internal metrics.

+ Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.

+ Support monthly and quarterly financial planning processes and present results to leadership teams.

+ Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to streamline reporting and analytics.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP& A roles.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in data modeling and scenario analysis.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle; experience with business intelligence tools preferred.

+ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
