Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Charlton Massachusetts. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee all financial operations, drive growth, and ensure adherence to best practices in financial management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial planning, decision-making, and mentorship to support the company's long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with company budgets, inventory management, cash flow, and return on investment to ensure financial stability.

• Lead efforts in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax strategies while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.

• Provide sound financial guidance to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Build and foster strong partnerships with internal teams, establishing credibility and trust.

• Act as a mentor and advisor to senior executives, offering insights and counsel to support business operations.

• Develop financial models to identify and drive opportunities for mergers and acquisitions.

• Manage key areas such as banking relationships, insurance policies, benefit plans, and investment strategies.

• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, as well as company policies, across all financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.

• Manufacturing experience

• Expertise in cash flow analysis, budget processes, and capital management.

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and business systems.

• Demonstrated experience in auditing, month-end close, and annual financial planning.

• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing annual standard costs.

• Proven track record in handling mergers and acquisitions (M& A) projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state financial regulations and compliance standards.
