Description
Are you an experienced and driven Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting top-level executives? Are you ready to step into a critical role where your organizational expertise and professionalism are key to driving success? We’re seeking a FULLY ON-SITE Executive Assistant in the Twin Cities area to provide exceptional support to C-Suite executives for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives with utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
+ Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
+ Handle incoming inquiries and prioritize urgent matters efficiently.
+ Assist with special projects, event planning, and other duties to support executive-level operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting C-Suite or senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and professional demeanor.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully on-site office environment in the Twin Cities metro area. This is not a remote or hybrid role — daily in-office presence is required.
+ Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise discretion, and make sound decisions independently.
