    We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. In this contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors and clients with courtesy and efficiency.

    • Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

    • Maintain accurate records through data entry and organize files effectively.

    • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Support office operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience managing a multi-line phone system.

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

    • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.

    • Familiarity with email correspondence and scheduling appointments.

    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
