Business Program Analyst Job Description Summary:
+ D&G is seeking a Business Process Analyst with US Coast Guard experience for an ONSITE position in Washington DC supporting the US Coast Guard (USCG) to improve its human resources and talent management through workforce transformation and structure changes, data analytics, and risk management. The Business Process Analyst shall provide expert analysis, design, and implementation of business process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. This will ensure that the USCG is well-equipped to meet the demands of the nation with a talented and ready workforce. This role will work collaboratively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet the organization's strategic objectives and operational needs.

+ ONSITE: USCG HQ, Douglas A. Munro Headquarters Building, Washington, D.C.
+ No Relocation Available.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation, and develop recommendations for process enhancements that align with USCG strategic objectives.
+ Design, develop, and implement process improvements, in collaboration with stakeholders, to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
+ Gather requirements from stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, and develop solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
+ Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible process documentation, including process maps, procedures, training materials, and guidelines, in accordance with documented management policies and procedures.
+ Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users on new processes and systems, to ensure successful adoption, utilization, and sustainability.
+ Monitor and evaluate process performance, using data-driven analysis and metrics, to identify areas for improvement and measure progress towards goals and objectives.
+ Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reports to measure process performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on process performance, progress towards goals, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Minimum of 4.5 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ US Coast Guard organizational knowledge and experience.
+ 2-3 years experience implementing a Change Management methodology for an organization.
+ Proficient in common applications, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Desired Skills:
+ Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
+ Completed Agile or Scrum Master training.
+ Strong analytical and research skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
