    Responsibilities

    This Collaborative Care position is part-time, working in an ambulatory Primary Care setting. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing evidence-based interventions, patient goal-setting, time-limited therapy techniques, and working closely with other providers and staff to coordinate care.

    Qualifications

    Requirements include:

    + Washington State Medical License in good standing

    + Board Certified/Eligible

    + DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

    Pay Range

    $120.14 - $168.44 /hour
