    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a per diem (PRN) opportunity working in Poulsbo, WA. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills.

    Qualifications

    Requirements include:

    + Medical Degree

    + Board Certification/Board Eligible

    + Washington State Medical License and DEA in good standing with no restrictions

    Pay Range

    $137.29 - $137.29 /hour
