    Job Summary

    The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves preparing detailed reports, managing data repositories, and responding to client inquiries with accurate, well-formatted information. The analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and participates in ad hoc analytical projects that drive actionable outcomes.

    Responsibilities may include:

    + Analyze information from various sources to produce accurate reports, summaries, and responses to inquiries.

    + Manage the organization, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.

    + Participate in ad hoc data analysis projects that generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

    + Collect relevant data and generate basic reports to fulfill client requests and internal needs.

    + Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and support high-quality analytical solutions.

    + Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems in accordance with established standards.

    + Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and outputs.

     

    Required Minimum Education

     

    + Education should be consistent with experience. Relevant experience and professional certifications can outweigh the need for a formal college degree

     

    Required Years of Experience

     

    + Requires 1-5+ years of relevant experience; final job level (Junior or Mid) will be determined based on skills and qualifications

    + Fully Adjudicated Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance or greater

     

    Preferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, etc.

     

    + Cybersecurity SIEM (Splunk, Elastic)

    + Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate)

    + Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)

    + PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

    + Splunk Core Certified Power User

    + ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)

    + Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate

    + NIST NICE Work Roles - N/A
