    VCA Dakota Ridge Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service representative to join our team.

     

    Our Client Service Representatives are an essential part of our team.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    - Must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy working with people

     

    - Excellent communication skills - both oral and written

     

    - Ability to work within a team as well as individually

     

    - Organized and detail oriented

     

    - Ability to handle money accurately and honestly

    Basic Job Responsibilities:

    - Customer Service

     

    - Answering telephones

     

    - Scheduling appointments

     

    - Checking client in and out for appointments

     

    - Pharmacy and Retail Sales

     

    - Maintenance and Housekeeping

     

    - Maintaining patient medical records and client communication records

    Who we are looking for:

    - Someone who truly enjoys working with people

     

    - Enjoys working within a team but is also able to work individually

     

    - Self motivating

     

    - Strong work ethic

     

    - Enjoys learning

     

    Pay range for this position is $18.00 to $19.50 dependent on prior experience.
