    Pay Range- $23.54 - $26.60/Hourly

     

    Metro One is looking for an unarmed security officer with relevant work in a SOCC environment. Th is officer will be responsible for continuously monitoring and responding to security alerts and events to protect the organization from threats. This role involves real-time security event monitoring, initial triage, and escalating incidents to management when necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor security systems

    + Perform initial triage of security alerts and escalate incidents per established procedures.

    + Document security events and maintain incident logs for compliance and reporting.

    + Follow incident response playbooks to contain and mitigate security threats.

    + Conduct basic threat analysis and recommend appropriate actions.

    + Assist in vulnerability scanning and reporting security findings.

    + Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure effective threat detection.

    + Support shift-based SOC operations, including 24/7 coverage if required.

    + Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at designated locations.

    + Provide rapid response in critical situations.

    Qualifications:

    + Security experience Required (minimum 2yrs)

    + CCTV experience

    + Security Programs: Genetec

    Preferred Skills:

    Your background:

    + At least 18 years of age or older

    + High school education or equivalent (GED)

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States

    + Have a solid/stable work history

    + Drug Testing and Background screening required

    + Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS

    + State Security License or ability to obtain one - No worries if not, we can help you!

    Requirements

    MUST have or be able to obtain Denver Security Guard License

     

    Minimum 2yrs of security experience

     

    On-Call role to start with the opportunity to move into FT once scheduling becomes available
