    Adecco is recruiting for a **Project Management Analyst** to join in **Mays Landing, NJ.**

     

    Description.

     

    The Project Manager Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting project management activities by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This position involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and other team members to optimize project performance.

    The Responsibilities will include** **:

    + Provides day to day support of a Sr. Project Manager

    + Support on a variety of project analytical activities, contract administration including supporting development of RFP's for distribution programs, creation contract requisitions, contract payment authorizations, invoice review and approval, accruals, and overall contract tracking responsibilities.

    + PMA's will be responsible for managing a large amount of program level data that is tracked through a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft PowerBi.

    Qualifications

    + Detail Oriented, Organized, Timely, Effective Communicator

    + 3-5 Years of Experience as a Project Management Analysts in Energy/Construction/Utility

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel is a must

    + Strong analytic skills

    **Pay Details:** $37.00 per hour
