Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with building AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. This role involves developing production-ready software, automating testing processes, and validating LLM functionality. The AI Engineer will also gather data, prove efficacy, and create test metrics for key functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI/ML solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable models.
+ Build AI-driven solutions, focusing on natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automated network optimization.
+ Develop and optimize machine learning models to enhance network monitoring, incident management, and automated troubleshooting capabilities.
+ Design and implement data pipelines, manage model deployment, and maintain infrastructure for scalable GenAI applications.
+ Oversee the lifecycle of ML models, including data collection, model training, validation, testing, and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
+ Design and implement AI/ML models to optimize 5G network performance and integrate Generative AI technologies for advanced automation.
+ Optimize AI pipelines for real-time data handling, scalability, and develop APIs for seamless system communication.
+ Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and Jenkins and leverage cloud-native technologies for scalable AI solutions.
+ Conduct testing, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure AI/ML systems meet performance and functional requirements.
+ Lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to roadmaps, aligning solutions with project goals.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred.
+ 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or a combination of software development and AI-driven solutions.
+ Extensive expertise in integrating AI/ML into enterprise-scale applications.
Technical Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Python.
+ Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AutoML.
+ Hands-on experience with generative AI models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture, and NLP.
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
+ Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
+ Experience with GitHub for version control.
+ Proficiency with development tools such as VS Code and Jupyter Notebook.
+ Knowledge of Snowflake and Oracle is a plus.
+ Familiarity with AWS Bedrock API and/or other GenAI APIs.
+ Skills in testing/validation, and deployment of models
+ Experience working in an Agile framework.
Desired Skills:
+ Experience with data ingestion, data retrieval, and data generation using optimal methods such as hybrid search.
+ Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a big plus.
+ Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
+ Exceptional command in Agentic AI architecture, development, testing, and research of both Neural-based & Symbolic agents, using current-generation deployments and next-generation patterns/research.
+ Expertise in building agentic systems using techniques including Multi-agent systems, Reinforcement learning, flexible/dynamic workflows, caching/memory management, and concurrent orchestration.
+ Strong skills in prompt engineering and its techniques, including design, development, and refinement of prompts (zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought approaches) to maximize accuracy and leverage optimization tools.
+ Experience designing, building, and implementing IR/RAG systems with Vector DB and Knowledge Graph.
+ Strong skills in the evaluation of models and their tools, including conducting rigorous A/B testing and performance benchmarking of prompt/LLM variations, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback.
+ Experience with SQL, datasets, stored procedures, SSMS, and SSIS.
+ Experience with ASP.NET .
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
