Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay Rate: $19-$27/hr. (based off experience)

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

+ Field all incoming calls

+ Maintain a strong relationship with all customers

+ May need to pull stock at times

+ Educate customers on product and services and what they may need

+ Will be trained on product and production

+ 10-15% of sales are face to face sales

+ Room for advancement within the company

+ May on occasion assist outside sales team

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

+ Previous fabrication experience is a plus

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Friendly outgoing personality

+ Strong computer skills

+ Ability to multi-task
