Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst for Air Cargo Operations. The role demands a focused individual who will monitor flights within the AIR network, track daily cargo shipments, and identify errors at various sites to develop corrective solutions. This position requires a keen eye for detail to confirm shipment bookings, audit reservations, communicate updates to customers, and streamline capacity adjustments. The ideal candidate will create shipment orders for invoicing and finance departments and develop contingency plans for disrupted shipments to enhance customer service and experience.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor flights in the AIR network.

+ Track daily cargo shipments and identify errors at sites.

+ Develop corrective solutions for shipment errors.

+ Confirm shipment bookings and audit reservations.

+ Communicate updates to customers and sites regarding shipments.

+ Identify shipping trends to optimize capacity adjustments.

+ Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments.

+ Create shipment orders for invoicing and finance departments.

Essential Skills

+ Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain/Operations discipline.

+ Basic logical and problem-solving skills.

+ Basic analytical abilities.

+ Conceptual understanding of systems and processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, or Supply Chain/Operations discipline.

+ Strong logical and problem-solving skills with proven record of success.

+ Advanced conceptual understanding of systems and processes.

Work Environment

The role operates on a shift from Friday to Monday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The work involves interaction with technological systems to manage and streamline air cargo operations. The environment is detail-oriented and requires effective communication with various sites and customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
