Are you passionate about cabinetry and looking for a rewarding career? Join our Service team where you'll play a crucial role in installing and servicing high-quality cabinetry products in the field. Your expertise and experience with cabinetry will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

+ Precision Layout: Prepare layouts using rules, squares, patterns, and other measuring instruments.

+ Expert Installation: Utilize your knowledge and experience with installation, hinges, overlays, drawers, doors, and blueprints/designs.

+ Assembly Excellence: Assemble cut and shaped materials, fastening them with nails, dowels, screws, or glue while following detailed drawings.

+ Quality Assurance: Inspect each product to ensure it meets the company's high-quality standards.

+ Service Calls: Conduct service calls to address issues such as adjusting drawer boxes, installing new doors, or replacing broken parts.

+ Troubleshooting: Resolve cabinetry and cabinet-making issues in the field with your problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:

+ Cabinetry Expertise: Proven experience in cabinetry, installation, and cabinet making.

+ Finish Carpentry: Skilled in finish carpentry and construction.

+ Hardware Knowledge: Proficiency in handling various hardware components.

+ Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Physical Coordination: Ability to coordinate movements of eyes, hands, and fingers.

+ Physical Strength: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally more.

+ Endurance: Capacity to stand or walk for long periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

+ Math Proficiency: Competency in basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, percentages, and fractions.

+ Attention to Detail: Ability to read and understand measuring tools and levels, and compare differences in size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.
