    Job Description

    Join our team as aLead Electrician/Foremanand take charge of supervising a team of electricians to ensure high-quality work on commercial projects. You'll plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical installations and repairs, working from blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience:5-10 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.

    + Leadership:3-5 years of experience in a lead or foreman role.

    + Technical Knowledge:Deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

    + Blueprint Reading:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Leadership & Management:Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Problem-Solving:Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    + Communication:Clear communication with team members, project managers, and clients.

    + Attention to Detail:Focus on safety and quality.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on industrial and commercial construction sites. The schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
