Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift - $25-$32/HR)

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, specializing in multi-craft maintenance during the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our production equipment, with opportunities for occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Perform industrial maintenance and repair of production equipment.

+ Conduct electrical repairs working with 480v and 3-phase electric systems, including motors, circuitry, and conduits.

+ Maintain steam boiler systems, conveyors, presses, and various other machinery.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns with a strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Execute preventative maintenance tasks during night shifts.

+ Assist in facilities projects, building new equipment, and setting up new production lines.

+ Support plumbing, water treatment, and additional maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 4 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience with good tenure.

+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

+ Skilled in hydraulics and pneumatics maintenance.

+ Expertise in electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and conduit installation.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience using shop equipment and tools such as presses, mills, pipe threads, and forklifts.

+ Strong safety practices, including lock out tag out, PPE, confined space, and hot work protocols.

Work Environment

Work in our industrial manufacturing facility, which is non climate-controlled and can be warm during the summer months. Our Gnadenhutten location hosts approximately 50 employees, contributing to a safe and organized environment. We specialize in manufacturing insulated vinyl siding and prioritize safety and organization in our operations.

This is a position based out of Gnadenhutten, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
