Job Description:
+ Conduct design for manufacturing analysis.
+ Develop tooling designs.
+ Advance process development.
+ Integrate products into Lincoln Industries' production systems.
+ Manage projects and teams to ensure a smooth transition to production.
+ Plan projects.
+ Capture requirements.
+ Perform 3D modeling.
+ Conduct engineering analysis.
+ Prototype and sample products.
+ Develop processes and tooling.
+ Create work instructions.
+ Provide operational support.
+ Manage suppliers technically.
+ Oversee initial factory runs.
+ Complete technical documentation for production release.
+ Submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to customers.
+ Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, and Supply Management teams.
+ Interact with customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance competitive operations and improve quality, labor, materials, and safety.
+ Design and develop products and/or tooling (fixtures and racks).
+ Create and interpret drawings using 3D software and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
+ Utilize measurement equipment and methods, including CMM, Faro Arm, and datums.
+ Generate PPAP documentation, conduct Gage R&R analysis, PFMEAs, and capability analysis.
+ Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.
+ Capture requirements.
+ Identify root causes and solve technical problems.
+ Use troubleshooting and continuous improvement techniques to resolve quality and productivity issues in plating operations.
+ Facilitate financial justification for new plating projects.
+ Manage suppliers for samples, tooling, builds, and services.
+ Plan and manage technical projects.
+ Lead teams to deliver results across multiple, concurrent projects.
+ Achieve results on time and within budget while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and a great place to work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
