    CNC Swiss Setup Machinist

     

    Lino Lakes, MN

     

    $62,400.00 to $93,000.00

     

    1st shift: Monday – Friday 7 AM –4 PM

     

    2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30PM – 1:30 AM

    Responsibilities

    + Set up Citizen L20, L220, M32, and K16 machines.

    + Edit programs using GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software.

    + Perform quick and accurate machine setups.

    + Follow blueprints for production.

    + Manage the full process: operation, setups, tooling changes, program edits, and troubleshooting.

    + Maintain quality through in-process inspections.

    + Monitor and document performance issues and report to the supervisor.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of CNC Swiss setup experience.

    + Proficiency in CAD software.

    + Fluent in G & M code and program editing.

    + Strong blueprint reading skills.

    + Experience with shop math and measuring tools.

    + Knowledge of numerical control.
