Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, along with various other machine shop equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, CNC machines, mills, and grinders. Additionally, the role involves performing preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and handling building repairs as needed around the facility.

Responsibilities

+ Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers and other machine shop equipment.

+ Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot CNC machines, mills, and grinders.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery.

+ Conduct building repairs as needed around the facility.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in troubleshooting PLCs, CNC maintenance, and machinery maintenance.

+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and CNC maintenance.

+ Experience as a maintenance mechanic, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Knowledge of CNC machining, Siemens PLC, and electrical repair.

+ Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of mathematics and ISO 9000 standards.

+ Experience working in a machine shop environment.

+ Familiarity with grinders and mills.

Work Environment

The position is based in a machine shop environment. The work schedule is the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $66560.00/yr.
