**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Job Description:** Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in the assembly of cores for thermal and heat exchange products. This position involves precise measuring, cutting, and transporting metal materials within our shop. You'll be standing for extended periods, utilizing hand and power tools, and working from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

+ Assemble cores for thermal and heat exchange products with precision.

+ Accurately measure and cut metal materials.

+ Efficiently transport materials within the shop.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

+ Inspect products using detailed drawings.

+ Assist in staging materials for other departments.

+ Lift between 15-30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills:

+ Ability to stand for long periods.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ Willingness to learn and follow directions.

+ Proficiency in reading and writing in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience with micrometers and calipers.

+ Previous experience in similar roles.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Effective communication skills.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to perform tasks efficiently and timely.

+ Must own a vehicle.

+ Ability to pass a drug and background check.

Work Environment:

+ Industrial machine and fabrication shop.

+ Steel-toed boots, proper eye protection, and gloves required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
