Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with over four years of experience to join our team in Louisville, OH. The position offers competitive hourly rates and operates on the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with available overtime.
Responsibilities
+ Operate, set up, and program CNC machines in a job shop environment, specifically focusing on Milling machines.
+ Utilize Fanuc and MasterCam for completing jobs.
+ Implement and edit G&M Code effectively.
+ Read blueprints and use calipers and micrometers for precise tolerancing.
+ Perform machining tasks on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, and zinc, especially very thin tubing material.
+ Conduct machine edits, set-ups/tear downs, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance.
+ Create parts for machines through daily setups in a job shop.
Essential Skills
+ High proficiency in all-around CNC machining skills with Mills.
+ Experience in machine setups and basic programming edits.
+ Strong understanding of G&M Code.
+ Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Minimum of three years of machining experience.
+ Diploma or GED is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.75/hr.
