Job Title: TechnicianJob Description
Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting, programming, and inspecting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. This role may require soldering on a printed circuit board (PCB) under a microscope.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot, program, and inspect SMT machines.
+ Perform soldering on PCBs while utilizing a microscope.
+ Engage in automated optical inspection (AOI) processes.
+ Assist in the assembly of circuit boards and PCBA components.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with SMT machines, specifically Samsung or Hanwha.
+ Proficiency in AOI operating and programming.
+ IPC-610 certification.
+ Experience in SMT and through-hole soldering, rework, or repair.
+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with automated optical inspection (AOI).
+ Hands-on experience with PCB or PCBA assembly.
+ Familiarity with soldering on PCBs.

The role offers a dynamic work environment with both office and manufacturing facilities located domestically within the US, along with international ties. The facility is dog-friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Employees will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on developing long-range radio/signal-capable devices such as cell towers and automated tractors.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
