My client is looking for an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success and growth since their inception and are now considered a leading national general contractor. This position is an immediate need and looking for someone ready to tackle challenging projects!

Job Description:

+ Will be attending meetings with client & contractor

+ Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force

+ Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate

+ Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager

+ Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors

+ Conduct quality & safety inspections

+ Coordinate site testing and inspection effort

+ Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates

+ Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports

+ Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman’s meetings

+ Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
