    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join a leading space problem solver, providing temporary environments for businesses and organizations across North America. You will contribute to maintaining and preparing mobile office trailers, portable classrooms, modular complexes, and storage containers, ensuring they are ready for rent and use.

     

    Shift

     

    1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

     

    Pay

     

    $18-$19/hr depending on experience

    Responsibilities

    + Clean, repair, and ensure all storage units and offices are in working condition and ready to be rented.

    + Perform repairs on units at customer sites, including sweeping, hosing out, checking A/C, replacing tile or epoxy flooring, and repairing drywall holes.

    + Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls; replace light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc.

    + Conduct painting, minor welding, and minor electrical work.

    + Document completed work and verify units for readiness or additional repairs.

    + Ensure supplies are replenished and maintain an organized, debris-free yard.

    + Operate forklift to load and unload containers from various trucks and trailers.

    + Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining regular attendance to fulfill essential job functions.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor, cleaning, sweeping, painting, and carpentry.

    + Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools.

    + Ability to perform construction-related tasks and minor repairs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preferred carpentry experience.

    + Reliability and strong work ethic.

    + Job tenure and willingness to work hard.

    Work Environment

     

    Work primarily in a shop environment, both covered and non-covered areas. Most tasks are performed indoors, though the shop is not temperature controlled.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
