    **Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

    **Job Description:** As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks around the building, including lightbulb replacement, plumbing, and drywall repair. You will also ensure the floors and general cleanliness of the building are maintained. Training will be provided on machine maintenance, and you will work during the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform light maintenance tasks such as lightbulb replacement, plumbing, and drywall repair.

    + Maintain floors and overall cleanliness of the building.

    + Participate in training for machine maintenance.

    Essential Skills:

    + 3-5 years of experience in machine maintenance, electrical and mechanical work, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.

    + Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

    + Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    Pay: Competitive pay starting at $25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
